How to Farm Bosses in Borderlands 3
By Ryan Borja
Borderlands 3 has its fair share of bosses that players can fight, and with that, tons of tantalizing and rare loot that can be dropped by them. Borderlands players are no strangers to grinding and farming enemies just to get a single weapon that they want, but Borderlands 3 has introduced a new way to farm bosses that makes it so much easier than previous methods.
How to Farm Bosses in Borderlands 3
Whereas in previous Borderlands titles you would have to re-do a mission entirely just to make your way to a boss, the autosave system in Borderlands 3 facilitates the need to do that by letting you simply restart from an area right before you face the boss.
In order to farm bosses, you first need to have previously beaten the boss and completed their associated quest for the first time. Afterwards you can make your way back through the path towards the boss and into the area before the boss arena, where there should be an autosave point and a few merchant dispensers. After you've triggered the autosave, you can now challenge and fight the boss, and collect the loot afterwards as usual. Now you can save and quit into the main menu, and then click continue game, where you will respawn in the area right before the boss arena. Simply drop back down, beat the boss again, and repeat!
This method allows you to easily and quickly farm for any legendary or unique weapons or items that you are trying to acquire for a specific build, or even if you are just trying to hoard every possible weapon in Borderlands 3.
