Fans can now get the Avatar Waterbending Mythic in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 one week earlier than expected.
Although the full Fortnite x Avatar: The Last Airbender crossover does not go live for another week, Epic Games already released a new Waterbending Mythic to the island alongside today's Korra Quests. Aang might not be in the game just yet, but fans can still prepare for his arrival by mastering the Waterbending technique and visiting his hidden island. Now, the loot pool contains godly weapons, like the Thunderbolt of Zeus, and a Mythic of the bending arts.

How to Get Avatar Waterbending Mythic in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2
To get the Avatar Waterbending Mythic in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2, you must find the new weapon from Chests or ground loot. Unlike the four other Mythic weapons on the island, you do not have to eliminate a Boss to get your hands on the Waterbending technique.
The Mythic looks like an ancient scroll with waves on the front. Although finding one relies on RNG, you are likely to come across the new weapon as long as you loot a POI with plenty of chests, like Mount Olympus.
If you still have not found the Mythic, you could always push a team that you see wielding the Waterbending technique. If you successfully eliminate them, then you can take the Mythic for yourself.
How to Use Avatar Waterbending Mythic in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2
Using the Avatar Waterbending Mythic in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 is quite simple. Once you find the Mythic, all you have to do is equip it and then use your typical shooting controls to hurl ice at your opponent.
The Waterbending technique is best used in close-range engagements. You will do much more damage with a sniper or assault rifle from long-range.

The Fortnite Avatar Waterbending Mythic does more than just deal damage. The Mythic also possesses the following powers:
- Restores health up to 100.
- Increases swimming speed.
