In the Resident Evil 4 Remake, ex-cop Leon S. Kennedy is tasked with rescuing the President's daughter from a remote village in Spain, where insane villagers partake in disturbing and violent rituals. At the beginning of the game, Leon is only armed with a handgun, a few bullets and a knife, which doesn't seem like very much for such an important mission, but you have to start somewhere.

How to Get CQBR Assault Rifle in Resident Evil 4 Remake

The CQBR Assault Rifle is an automatic rifle good for quickly dispatching groups of enemies. According to IGN, the gun can be found in Chapter 10 while playing as Leon, after a section where Ashley is playable. To find the hidden rifle, players must return to the second floor of the Library uncovered by lowering the secret staircase. Then, Leon must solve a puzzle using the Cubic Device found earlier in the game in order to get the gun.

The weapon can be upgraded by The Merchant to enhance its power, reload speed and ammo capacity.
