How to Get Shredder in Fortnite
Teenage Mutant Turtles are back in Epic Games' Battle Royale, giving fans a limited-time chance to get Shredder in Fortnite.
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 kicked off with a Family Guy collaboration before introducing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles during Winterfest 2023. Both crossovers were so successful that Epic Games decided to bring them back in the same season, offering players bonus skins, cosmetics, and more. In fact, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles got their own event in Fortnite, featuring a mini-Battle Pass that contains the franchise's supervillain, Shredder.
Here's how to get Shredder in Fortnite.
How to Get Shredder in Fortnite
To get Shredder in Fortnite, fans must purchase the premium track of the TMNT Battle Pass for 1,000 V-Bucks. Those who upgrade the Battle Pass will automatically unlock the Shredder skin in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1.
As of now, it is unlikely the Shredder skin will make its way to the Item Shop, so obtaining it from the Battle Pass is the only way to add it to your Locker in Fortnite. Fortunately, the Shredder skin also comes with a free LEGO style that will bring Shredder to LEGO Fortnite.
How to Get Super Shredder in Fortnite
To get Super Shredder in Fortnite, fans must complete the entire TMNT Battle Pass. The Super Shredder style is the final prize in the premium track, and will only unlock once you collect 11,000 Ooze.
Players can only get Ooze by completing Cowabunga Quests throughout the Fortnite x TMNT event. Head to the Quests tab to find all the in-game challenges that offer Ooze.
Like the Shredder Outfit, the Super Shredder style comes with a free LEGO style.
When Does Shredder Leave Fortnite?
Shredder leaves Fortnite on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2024. At the time of writing, players only have less than three weeks to purchase and complete the TMNT Battle Pass to get Shredder and Super Shredder in Fortnite.
The entire event ends on the same day at 9 a.m. ET as Epic Games prepares to drop Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 in March.
