How to Get Ice Unicorn Emblem
To receive the Ice Unicorn emblem, you have to play a multiplayer game with someone who is a part of the 343 Development Team. There are a lot of people on the development team (coders, artists, writers, and more), but you will still have to get lucky to run into one of them during your playtime.
One way you can try to help your chances is to pay attention to when Halo announces community playdates. If you play at the same time as one of these livestreams, you have a higher chance of running into a Development Team member than usual.
