Knowing how to get traded in Madden 20 is crucial to making the Franchise Mode and Face of the Franchise Mode more enjoyable to play. After all it's always easier to grind out presitge for your favorite team than it is to grind for a team near the bottom of the league.

How to get traded in Madden 20
Face of the Franchise Mode is a new addition to the Madden series, which tells the story of your created player and his journey into NFL stardom. The game mode forces you to play as a Quarterback, but you can always add new characters and customize them as you see fit.
In order to get traded in Madden 20's Face of the Franchise Mode, you have to first play out a complete season and then demand a release from your current team. The "Demand Release" option will only be available to select in the offseason.
Be warned, if no team makes an offer to your player, you will have to retire your character and create a new one. So make sure you have some accolades under your belt before requesting a release, otherwise your player might be taking an early vacation.
How to get traded in Franchise Mode
In Franchise Mode, you have the chance to play as either a player at almost any position or a coach. Getting traded in Franchise Mode is essentially the same as it's always been.
During the offseason, you again have to demand a release from your current team. You will then have the opportunity to sign with another team of your choosing.
Whether you are playing as a player or a coach, you do not have the option to demand a trade in the middle of the season or the ability to refuse all offers and become a free agent.
