Here is how to hack into enemy equipment in COD Modern Warfare such as claymores, Trophy Systems, and proximity mines. If you're getting tired of being pestered by pesky equipment littered all of the map like claymores and Trophy Systems in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, then you might be interested in learning how to hack into them in-game and turn them into weapons of your own.
How to Hack Equipment in COD Modern Warfare
In order to hack into equipment in Modern Warfare, you have to equip the E.O.D. Perk. This perk lets you hack into enemy equipment such as claymores, proximity mines, C4, and Trophy Systems. The E.O.D. Perk also comes with the added benefit of taking less damage from non-killstreak explosives and fire, which will make it easier for you to play the role of the bomb-squad for your team as you try to hack into enemy equipment.
When you have the E.O.D. Perk equipped, all you have to do is walk up to a piece of enemy equipment and press your interact button. It does take quite a bit of time to successfully hack into something, so make sure your surroundings are clear and no enemies are nearby.
Using the E.O.D. Perk is made a lot more effective and easier when used with the Spotter Perk in slot 3, which enables you to see enemy equipment through walls with a red outline so that you aren't running head-first into enemy traps blindly or so that you can seek them out with ease if you are trying to complete a challenge.
