How to Loot Fast in Warzone 2

If you are waiting till the holidays to get your hands on the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, there is still a new game out there free to play now with Warzone 2.

Warzone 2.0 came out on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022, and while there have been some issues with slow download times and social not working, the general reception has been great so far. One big question players have been having revolves around fast looting in the new game.

How to Loot Fast in Warzone 2

If players go into their settings and select the controller tab they can customize one selection that can drastically make looting faster.

By simply scrolling down to the Interact/Reload Behavior section you can select prioritize interact to speed up your looting.

Selecting prioritize interact means you will only have to press the button once to pick up an item while looting. This does mean reloading your weapon is going to require you to hold down the button, but this overall is a better change to move just a second quicker while looting or opening doors in Warzone 2.

Without making this change, players have to press and hold the button on their controller or keyboard to open doors or loot. While a simple press of the same button triggers a reload.

This can be an issue while in the middle of a game and accidentally pressing the button rather than holding while trying to open a door to make an escape. This change in the settings that Activision added should positively impact players.
