How to Pre-load Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Players can pre-load the game before its launch date to avoid long download times. Final Fantasy 7 is 145GB, so players will need all the time they can get to make space for it and download the title.
Pre-loading the game is simple and starts at midnight on Feb. 27, 2024. Gamers can visit their library or the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth listing in the PlayStation store to download it. There’s also the option to select “auto-download,” so it will automatically download when midnight comes. Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth doesn’t have an Early Access option.
Rebirth is the second in the planned remake trilogy of the original 1997 PlayStation title. Like the 1997 version of the game, players will become Cloud Strife, a former Shinra soldier who joins AVALANCHE to take down Shinra and the main antagonist, Sephiroth.
