How to Show Ping and FPS in Halo Infinite
For those on PC, knowing what your Ping, or Server Latency, and FPS are in-game are essential to know in Halo Infinite just as in any other competitive shooter.
Here's a breakdown of how to enable your Ping and FPS counters in Halo Infinite.
How to Show Ping and FPS in Halo Infinite
To show your ping in Halo Infinite:
- Go to the Settings menu
- Go to the UI tab
- Scroll down to the “Network Statistics” setting
- Check the box to turn it on
To show your FPS in Halo Infinite:
- Go to the Settings menu
- Go to the UI tab
- Scroll down to the “FPS Counter” setting
- Check the box to turn it on
Once these two settings are activated, you should be able to immediately see them in the top-right corner of your screen.
Generally, you want your ping to at least be under 70 ms at the bare minimum, and at around 20-30 ms preferably.
As for the FPS, this depends on your gaming rig, of course, but it should at least be above 60 FPS, and around the highest refresh rate of your monitor preferably (e.g. 144 FPS). For more on that, feel free to check out our guide on how to maximize your FPS in Halo Infinite.
