How to Unlock HRM-9 SMG in MW3 Season 1 Reloaded
Unlocking the HRM-9 SMG in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 Reloaded is a little more difficult than players might expect.
MW3 Season 1 Reloaded is here with plenty of new content for multiplayer, including the addition of new 6v6 map, Rio. The fresh playground brings a Rio de Janeiro shopping center to life with a bright design carrying through the mall and its surrounding market. Additionally, the midseason update also features two new weapons, including the HRM-9 SMG.
Unlike the other MW3 Season 1 weapons, though, you cannot get the HRM-9 SMG from the Battle Pass. Here's a guide of how to unlock the weapon in the latest MW3 update.
What is the HRM-9 SMG in MW3 Season 1 Reloaded?
The HRM-9 SMG in MW3 Season 1 Reloaded is the latest submachine gun to enter Call of Duty. According to the developers, the new weapon is a "light yet stable 9mm submachine gun for close quarters combat and putting down enemies quickly."
Although it is hard to imagine the HRM-9 could usurp the WSP Swarm in Warzone or the Rival-9 in multiplayer, the SMG still sounds like it could deal significant up-close damage with the right attachments.
Those with a faster, more "run-and-gun play style" will enjoy the SMG's high fire rate and mobility.

To unlock the Armory in MW3, you must reach Level 25. Most fans have already surpassed Level 25 over the last three months, but if you are struggling to quickly progress or are new to MW3, then focus on getting as many kills and objectives in MW3 pubs as possible. Also, if you have any Double XP Tokens lying around, make sure you put them to good use.
