How to Use Armor Plates While Running in MW3 Warzone
Using armor plates while running in MW3 Warzone is easy as can be on Urzikstan.
Call of Duty: Warzone Season 1 is already being met with positive community feedback after only just 24 hours. The major update finally gave fans new Battle Royale map, Urzikstan, 100-player lobbies, and several quality-of-life changes. Although anything would have been an improvement from Al Mazrah, Urzikstan actually plays pretty well, despite a few pesky bugs.
One of the major changes the developers brought to Urzikstan is the return of advanced movement. Slide canceling, Tactical Stance, ADS while sliding, and more have increased the skill gap and made movement much more fluid in Warzone. As players get used to the new mechanics, they might notice they no longer have to trick the game into letting them plate while running.
Here's how to use armor plates while running in MW3 Warzone.
How to Use Armor Plates While Running in MW3 Warzone
To use armor plates while running in MW3 Warzone, simply start running and then equip your plates. Plating while moving has been reverted back to the original Warzone mechanics on Urzikstan. Unlike in Call of Duty: Warzone 2, players no longer have to jump while running to plate in MW3 Warzone.
Much to the community's delight, MW3 Warzone also brought back slide canceling. The days of relying on bunny hopping and dolphin diving are long gone. Now, players can once again use advanced movement to rotate and quickly push or escape enemies.
Here's the Automatic MW3 Multiplayer Perks in Warzone Season 1

In the Warzone patch notes, Activision assured fans, "As a reminder, the gear is equipped at all times and never lost."
