With Halloween just a few months away, fans are wondering if The Haunting is coming back to Warzone in 2023.
The Haunting was arguably the best LTM in Call of Duty: Warzone history. The Halloween-inspired Ghosts of Verdansk respawned eliminated players as Ghosts with special abilities, including the power to grab an enemy's soul. Players also experienced fear-induced hallucinations that could only be avoided by adopting an aggressive play style on the map.
There were also a handful of challenges to complete across all modes in both Warzone and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. The last The Haunting offered players the Ghostface Operator from Scream as well as a new SMG, Weapon Blueprints, Emblems, and more.

Is The Haunting Coming Back to Warzone in 2023?
Yes, The Haunting is likely coming back to Warzone in 2023. According to data miner, CODWarfareForum, The Haunting (on either Al Mazrah or Vondel) will return and once again feature Ghosts, not Zombies.
If the leaks are true, then The Haunting will occur in Warzone Season 6, just before the rumored Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 launches. Based on the past events, the latest version of The Haunting will include a range of free rewards players can earn as they complete spooky challenges on a nighttime Al Mazrah or Vondel.
Activision will most likely not confirm the rumored event until the holiday season draws closer.
