Following a first-place finish in the 2020 Summer League of Legends Championship Series, Team Liquid has been awarded coaching staff of the split. The best regular-season finish for the organization to date, Team Liquid has secured its spot in playoffs with a final record of 15-3.
LCS Coaching Staff of the Summer Split
Team Liquid's coaching staff consists of head coach Joshua "Jatt" Leesman, assistant coach and team manager Kang "Dodo" Jun-hyeok, assistant coach Chris "Croissant" Sun, strategic coach Jang "Cain" Nu-ri, as well as head analyst Tyler Perron. This veteran coaching staff paired with Team Liquid and Team Liquid Academies analytical support coaches Jeff "Zercei" Prasad and Kevin "TeeKhay" Bracken have certainly enhanced Team Liquid's ability to achieve such a strong finish.
Jatt previously worked as a Riot Games LCS analyst during the last eight years of his career. That changed on May 4, when he made his debut as Team Liquids head coach. Together, this all-star coaching staff has managed to transition Team Liquid from a 7-11 9th place spring finish to an impressive 15-3, 1st seed summer split playoff-bound team.
