According to the official site, Riot Games will begin running limited alpha and beta tests in certain regions. The live version of Wild Rift is estimated to be complete for mobile by the end of 2020, with the console version coming soon after.
Wild Rift is not a port of the PC version, rather, it's a rebuilt League of Legends that is designed to be a new experience specifically for mobile and consoles while preserving the core gameplay. It will not have PC cross-play, as Wild Rift is being developed from the ground up, featuring new models and animations.
