League of Legends Patch 10.23 Bot Lane Duo Tier List
League of Legends Patch 10.23 will mark the beginning of Preseason 11 and will include major item changes, as well as other updates to the game.
League of Legends Patch 10.23 doesn't seem to be bringing many champion updates, which could be problematic as they introduce over 20 new items and rework about a third of the current ones. So let's take a look at how these changes will affect the bot lane duo tier list.
First patch is showing us that Seraphine has been skewed towards Support more than intended so we're adding adjustments to 10.23 to shift her primary position to Mid.

Patch 10.23 Bot Lane Duo Tier List
S Tier - Samira and any support with crowd control
Since the release of Samira, she has been a dominant force in the bot lane. An assassin style ADC that can deal huge amounts of burst damage with a Yasuo style wind wall to block income CC has put her at the top of the bot lane. Her Daredevil Impulse (P) allows her to easily chain CC with her support, preventing the enemy from escaping alive.
A Tier - Ashe and Taric; Jhin and Brand
Ashe and Jhin are right up there with Samira, but just not quite as dominant. When paired with the right support, both ADC's are excellent choices if you can't get Samira. Taric can sustain and absorb plenty of damage while allowing Ashe to launch unless volleys of arrows at enemy laners. If They get into trouble, Taric's ultimate can keep them alive long enough to escape death.
Jhin and Brand can deal impressive amounts of damage while chaining together their CC. Their ultimate abilities can give them the opportunity to close down any close fight as Brand's jumps from champion to champion dealing damager over time. Jhin's ultimate has incredible range that can pair with the Brand damage to ensure kills.
B Tier - Miss Fortune and Leona; Vayne and Soraka
With Leona's lock down stuns, she can keep opponents in place long enough for Miss Fortune to unleash her Bullet Time (R) and do maximum damage. Miss Fortune can also supply a slow that will allow Leona to more easily land her stuns and lock them down.
Vayne is an extremely mobile ADC, which can help her escape and dodge enemy CC. Paired with Soraka's healing, the duo has incredibly lane sustain as long as they dodge skill shots. Vayne's true damage is a great counter into tanky supports, which can be a problem for other ADC's if they fall behind.
