League of Legends Patch 10.7 Mid Lane Tier List
League of Legends S Tier Mid Laners
- Diana
- Katarina
- Vladimir
- Kassadin
- Cassiopeia
- Wukong
Diana and Katarina have become two of the top tier mid laners in League of Legends Season 10 and are poised to keep those top positions on Patch 10.7, with neither champion receiving any nerfs on the latest patch. Vladimir, Kassadin, and Cassiopeia have always been top tier mid laners, but that's mostly due to how well they scale into the mid game and late game, with Kassadin and Vladimir able access the back line one shot an enemy carry with ease. Wukong comes as a surprise after his rework gave him a lot of power in the mid lane and one of the best win rates on Patch 10.6 at around 55 percent.
League of Legends A Tier Mid Laners
- Talon
- Ekko
- Kled
- Fizz
- Syndra
- Zilean
- Lulu
- Taliyah
- Pantheon
- Mordekaiser
- Zoe
All of the mid laners in the A Tier are solid choices that can function well within specific team compositions. For example, Zoe is a champion that can pair very well with an Ezreal and a more siege oriented composition that wants to poke down their opponents around towers and major objectives. But do be wary about picking champions that don't fit with your team composition. Picking Kled may not be bad in a vacuum, but it could be if your team now has five AD champions and the enemy team can stack armor against you.
League of Legends B Tier Mid Laners
- Garen
- Auerlion Sol
- Pyke
- Tryndamere
- Fiora
- Sett
- Karthus
- Renekton
- Ahri
- Zed
- Morgana
- Anivia
- Heimerdinger
- Malzahar
- Yasuo
- Vel'Koz
- Veigar
- Rumble
- Graves
Most of the champions in the B Tier are safe to pick in most cases, but do have some weaknesses and counter picks in the mid lane. These champions also often commit you to a style of play that's usually off theme from what the rest of your team is doing. Be wary of blind picking any of the B Tier champions, but if you see the enemy mid laner, any of these champions should usually be a solid response.
League of Legends C Tier Mid Laners
- Swain
- Camille
- Twisted Fate
- Singed
- Lux
- Nocturne
- Kennen
- Riven
- Qiyana
- Aatrox
- Annie
- Cho'Gath
- Malphite
- Gragas
- Xerath
- Illaoi
- Neeko
- Karma
- Lissandra
- Ornn
- Galio
- Orianna
- Viktor
- Ziggs
- Akali
All the mid laners in the C Tier are very matchup dependent champions that should only be picked in very specific circumstances. For example, Ornn and Singed should generally not be picked mid lane unless your team has a carry top laner like Kennen or Rumble and needs a tank to round out the team composition. That said, if you get a good matchup, then you should feel confident picking one of these champions, but avoid blind picking them in most cases.
League of Legends D Tier Mid Laners
- Kayle
- Quinn
- Jayce
- Sylas
- LeBlanc
- Irelia
- Lucian
- Sion
- Ryze
- Teemo
- Varus
- Corki
- Brand
- Azir
The D Tier mid laners have some of the worst win rates in mid lane on Patch 10.6 and are receiving either no changes or negligible buffs on Patch 10.7. You should generally avoid picking these champions in solo queue, either because they take far too long to come online, or because they fail to add much utility to a team composition. Some of these champions can still be picked, but only after careful consideration and a significant amount of practice on the champion into its various mid lane matchups.
