League of Legends Patch 11.24: Full List of Preseason 2022 Changes

1. Nerfs

After the start of preseason 2022, League of Legends was in need of a few champion and items nerfs. Camille received a nerf as she was becoming too mobile for the amount of damaging she was dealing. Her W's damage has been decreased and the cooldown time of her E has increased.

In addition, five items have been nerfed. This includes Axiom Arc, Frostfire Gauntlet, Evenshroud, Cosmic Drive and Crown of the Shattered Queen.

2. Buffs

Caitlyn, Ivern, Twitch, Urgot, Samira and Kayle have all been buffed. Some will be receiving an update on certain abilities while some have had a passive buff. Kled has also received a rework, updating Skaarl as well as his E ability.

The item Archangel's Staff has not been getting much attention this year so Riot has decreased the cost from 950 gold to 550 gold.

3. Rune Adjustments

Conqueror, Lethal Tempo and Glacial Augment have all be adjusted in ways that have both buffed and nerfed the runes. Predator has been nerfed reducing maximum move speed to 45% and ramp-up time to 1.5 seconds.

4. Hextech and Chemtech Dragon Adjustments

The Hextech Drake buff originally granted 5 ability haste and 5% attack speed per stack, but has been changed to grant 6 ability haste and 6% attack speed.

Meanwhile, Riot noticed the Chemtech Drake buff was too weak while the soul was too powerful. The Chemtech buff will now grant 6% bonus damage per stack rather than 5%. The Chemtech Drake soul originally granted a second life for 5 seconds, dealing 33% less damage, but has been changed to 4 seconds, dealing 40% less damage.

5. Ultimate Spellbook Updates

New Ult-ernate Summoner Spells have been added, while a few have been removed.

Ultimate Spellbook has also introduced Objective Bounties and Emberknife and Hailblade will be replaced with Obsidian Edge in custom item sets.

6. Aram Balances

Aram has buffed melee and assassins, a well-needed update in order to help these champions scale faster. This also means that several champions will be buffed, while others will be nerfed. Check out the list here.
