League of Legends Patch 12.16 Preview

League of Legends Patch 12.16 is coming out Aug. 24, and with it is coming several Champion buffs, nerfs, and adjustments, as well as some System changes as well. League of Legends Developer Matt Leung-Harrison, also known as @RiotPhroxzon on Twitter, has once again posted a preview of the major changes coming to League of Legends in the new patch.

League of Legends Patch 12.16 Preview
According to the Tweet, there are more buffs than nerfs coming this patch. 12.16 will see Champion buffs to Tristana, Zoe, Irelia, Caitlyn, Kai'Sa, Jayce, Malphite, and Zyra. We're also seeing a System buff to Evershroud.
The patch will also come with Champion nerfs to Zeri, Yuumi, Draven, and Poppy. Yuumi and Zeri have both received nerfs in the previous few patches, but it seems Riot is still adjusting the Champions. Finally, the patch will also include a P damage, and E AP Ratio adjustment to Diana.
The patch notes make reference to possible buffs to Vladimir, however the details on these buffs haven't been solidified yet, so we're still unsure of how exactly the Champion will change in the next update.
