MLB the Show 20 tips are important as early access ends March 17 when the game finally goes live to the public. Are you prepared for the next installment in the series? You'll need to learn how to collect Stubs, the in-game currency, and dominate in the Diamond Dynasty mode.

Here are just a few tips to do both!

MLB the Show 20 Tips: How to Earn Stubs

Stubs are used to purchase anything in game. You can also use stubs on the Community Market, letting you buy cards from other players and sell your own cards for stubs. Stubs are also obtainable with cash, but you can get wealthy without spending any real money if you put some time in the game.

The best way to farm Stubs is to complete "moments," which are challenges for you to conquer. You can do as many as you would like and can skip the ones that take too long. The next phase is to sell packs or cards on the Community Market. It's the best source of income, and if you learn the pricing of certain cards, you'll learn when to buy low and sell high.

So when you draw your cards and get you Diamond level player, you have some options. Some people may suggest to unload a great card right away to earn some Stubs on the Community Market, but if it's an amazing Diamond card, their value will only go up as the year goes on. Especially when more Stubs flood the market. You'll actually want to sell lower level Diamond cards, something in the 85-87 range.

You'll pretty much want to sell Gold and Silver cards as soon as possible. This is if you can't use those players as the value for these type of cards plummets as the months go on.

Lastly, no one knows how the Coronavirus will affect the market and the start of the MLB season which plays into the Live Series cards. So be patient as SIE San Diego Studio works out the kinks. Also, don't use real cash on Stubs. Just don't do it.
