MLB The Show 22 April Monthly Awards: How to Complete

The full April Monthly Awards rewards lineup was revealed Thursday, giving MLB The Show 22 players 25 exclusive cards to unlock for their Diamond Dynasty squads.

In MLB The Show 22 Diamond Dynasty, the Monthly Awards program has seen a bit of a major change with its tasks, rewards and overall release schedule. This time around, things are a bit different as Topps Now players have been integrated into the Monthly Awards mix. Instead of releasing sets of moments and then a full program at the end of the month, San Diego Studio has been updating the program as new cards become available.

As of May 5, however, the full April program has been released in full. Here's a breakdown of how to complete the April Monthly Awards Program and Event in MLB The Show 22 Diamond Dynasty.

How to Complete the April Monthly Awards Program

With the April Monthly Awards Program, players must complete tasks to earn Points and rise up the three-stage rewards track to unlock the exclusive players, packs, Stubs and unlockables.

In Stage 1, there are 14 April Topps Now players that must be completed in order to advance to Stage 2. As such, the Stage 1 Tasks include four sets of Topps Now Weekly Moments and a Topps Now Mission that can be completed to earn the 65 Points needed in order to advance.

In Stage 2, Levels 27 to 43 in the April Monthly Awards Program rewards track, there are nine April Monthly Awards players, an April Monthly Awards Lightning Legend Andre Dawson and an April Monthly Awards Lightning Anthony Rizzo up for grabs. Complete the Stage 2 Tasks of April Monthly Awards Moments and Monthly Awards Missions to continue on.

Finally, Stage 3 of the program has just four levels as it's mainly used to allow players to cover their bases and collect the rest of the April Monthly Awards players. The stage 3 Tasks simply consist of two repeatable Monthly Awards Missions that allow players to tally Parallel XP using any of the April Monthly Awards players and April Monthly Awards Lightning Anthony Rizzo to earn the final three 88 OVR April Monthly Awards players and one 90 OVR April Monthly Awards player they missed.

How to Complete the April Monthly Awards Event

In addition to the program, the April Monthly Awards Event has gone live for those who are fans of online modes in Diamond Dynasty.

With set rules from San Diego Studio determining how players can build their teams, players must rack up wins against other online opponents to earn rewards while avoiding elimination (two losses).

Getting 15 wins nets you a 91 OVR April Topps Now Flashback Madison Bumgarner, while 20 wins grants a 91 OVR April Topps Now Flashback Trevor Story.

The rules for the April Monthly Awards Event are:

• Max Team OVR is 90
• 3-Inning Games
• All-Star Difficulty
• Free Entries

The April Monthly Awards Event will end on May 12 at 2 p.m. ET.
