Modern Warfare & Warzone Patch 1.29: Possible New Operator, Cold War Prep
Modern Warfare and Warzone Patch 1.29 has been made available to pre-load for all Playstation 4 users. It appears this will be the last major update that Infinity Ward will be releasing for Modern Warfare ahead of the new Call of Duty: Cold War on Nov. 13.
As usual, this update will eat up a ton of space. Players need to prep for a 33GB download on the latest update. Adding a cherry on top, Call of Duty players are in for a treat with the rumored Cold War download size of over 100GB.
Patch notes have not been made available yet, but we expect those to be coming soon. Activision has announced previously that Warzone is going to be fully integrated into the new Cold War game by December, so it is fair to assume the new patch will look to incorporate bits and pieces from the new game.

One of these bits and pieces could be a new operator making its way into Warzone from Cold War. Players will have to first unlock the potential new operator, but it still will be cool to see one of the new designs before the game drops on Nov. 13.
The update should also be targeting some of the more severe bugs reported throughout the past month.
One of them being that users have reported the constant resetting officer challenges 90-100, which prevent them from earning the Season 6 emblem.
Another issue has been for players who have gone on a 30-player kill streak, but then are unable to call in a Nuke. It will be interesting to see if Warzone addresses the exploit that makes players invisible. This has been in the game since early October and has not yet been mentioned by Infinity Ward.
The full patch notes will provide a deeper insight into what exactly the developers fixed, and the size of the patch will extend the waiting a time a bit. However, it will still provide a sense direction as we conclude Modern Warfare's run before heading into the new addition in the storied series.
