The NBA 2K24 best Shot Meter settings on Current and Next Gen are:
- Jump Shot Meter: Off
- Layup Meter: On
- Free Throw Meter: Off
- Shot Meter Input Type: All
- Shot Meter Style: Comet
- Shot Meter Location: By the Head
- Shot Meter Size: Large
- Shot Meter Color: Green
Your Jump Shot, Layup, and Free Throw Meter settings will determine what Shot Meter Location works best. Since we recommend only keeping Layup Meter on, the best Shot Meter Location is By the Head. Having the Shot Meter Below Feet might mess you up when driving or dunking.
Keeping the Shot Meter large also helps you see the green window easier. There is not a huge difference between medium and large, though, so feel free to decide which you prefer.
