New Moon Crates ESO could be making a return very soon.

The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), like many games, offers a unique set of items and cosmetic prizes for players to collect and earn. Many of these vanity items tend to be exclusive, whether to the in-game shop or to the season, which provides an extra layer of rarity as things cycle in and out.

New Moon Crown Crates usually appear around late September, during autumn leading into the winter. The date changes every year but can be expected within the same timeframe. They are meant to be themed around the in-game "Order of the Moon" dragon cult necromancers. As such, these crates are themed around scary, supernatural occurrences and features ghastly mounts, skins, and non-combat pets.

Like other Crown Crates, the rewards are split into several tiers. Common is the lowest tier of items and usually includes potions, crafting materials, and poisons. Meanwhile, Radiant Apex is the highest, and features extremely rare mounts or skins. Duplicates reward gems that can be used to manually purchase prizes from each tier.
