Nickmercs Announces Return to Call of Duty: Warzone After 8 Months

In a surprise announcement, Nickmercs confirmed his return to Call of Duty: Warzone after eight months away from the Battle Royale.

Nick "Nickmercs" Kolcheff and Timothy "TimTheTatman" Betar were the faces of the first-ever streamer collaboration with Activision back in May 2023. The two popular content creators partnered with the developers to release their own Operators in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0. The crossover was a huge success until Activision removed both bundles from the game after Nickmercs' controversial statements about the LGBTQ+ community.

Following the action by the developers, both Nickmercs and TimTheTatman took an extended break from the franchise...until now.

Nickmercs Announces Return to Call of Duty: Warzone After 8 Months

Nickmercs announced his return to Warzone after eight months just in time for Season 2, featuring Ranked Resurgence and the rerelease of Fortune's Keep.

Nickmercs posted a photo of his Call of Duty Operator on X and wrote, "Tomorrow." In just 30 minutes, the post has already garnered over 550,000 views.

The announcement comes just over a month after TimTheTatman made his return to Warzone to play Urzikstan, the game's newest Battle Royale map inspired by Verdansk. Although Nickmercs did not reveal who he would be playing with tomorrow, it is safe to assume we could see him team up with TimTheTatman again as they experience the revival of Fortune's Keep.

How to Watch Nickmercs Stream Warzone Season 2

To watch Nickmercs play Warzone Season 2, you must tune in to his stream on his official Kick channel. After rising to fame on Twitch, Nickmercs left the platform when he signed a $10 million deal with Kick.

Although he did not reveal what time his stream will go live, Warzone Season 2 drops at 12 p.m. ET, so expect the content creator to stream close to the release. Follow Nickmercs on X and Kick so you will know instantly when he hops back on Warzone.
