After making some noise with both its Valorant and Halo rosters, Team Envy's esports branding transition continues as the OpTic Gaming HCS skins have finally arrived in Halo Infinite.

In game, the Halo Championship Series (HCS) Store has swapped out the Team Envy digs for the green and black OpTic Gaming Epic Bundle.

For 1,000 Credits ($8.99), OpTic and HCS fans alike can purchase and obtain the OpTic Gaming Mark VII Armor Kit, BR75 Battle Rifle Weapon Kit and Nameplate, designed by members of the popular North American esports and content org.

At the start of Halo Infinite Season 1, 343 Industries released team-designed, in-game cosmetics of all nine partnered HCS teams — Cloud9, eUnited, FaZe Clan, Fnatic, G2 Esports, NAVI, Sentinels, Spacestation Gaming and Team Envy.

Of course, shortly after, however, the Envy-OpTic merger went through, having the Dallas-based esports org's players continue to don blue and black despite officially representing the Green Wall.

While the Envy bundle will no longer be available for purchase in-game for the foreseeable future, those who have already purchased the set can still view and equip the suddenly-rare set as they please.

According to 343 Industries Halo Esports and Viewership Lead Tahir "Tashi" Hasandjekic, a newly updated set of HCS team bundles will be dropping with the eventual launch of Season 2, as well as more customization options for the looks hopefully soon.
