Overwatch x Twitch Support a Streamer: How to Unlock Medic Brigitte

Overwatch has partnered with Twitch to offer players the chance to earn the Legendary Medic Brigitte skin. Here's what you need to know.

Overwatch 2's second beta is gearing up to launch. In celebration Blizzard are teaming up with Twitch to host a Support a Streamer event. Players who tune into selected Twitch streams will earn the Legendary Medic Brigitte skin by gifting subscriptions to participating streamers.

The event kicks off on July 29 at 11:00 a.m. PDT and runs until July 20 at 11:00 a.m. PDT.

The skin will unlock in-game for players of the original Overwatch and will carry over to Overwatch 2.

So, how can players sign up and earn themselves a shiny new skin?

How to Sign Up to Overwatch x Twitch Support a Streamer

Players who are looking to unlock the Legendary Medic Brigitte skin will need to follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Twitch account
2. Visit one of the eligible participating Twitch channels
3. While the channel is live streaming Overwatch, gift a cumulative of three subscriptions of any tier to earn the reward (Subscriptions gifted anonymously will not count toward the campaign) 

Any subscriptions gifted before the above start time will not be counted towards the campaign. Any subscriptions gifted while the channel is not live streaming Overwatch with the category set to “Overwatch” also will not be counting towards the campaign.

To redeem the code for the skin, players will need to do the following:

1. Go to Battle.net 
2. Log into your Account Overview 
3. Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box and click Redeem Code 

After players redeem the code for Medic Brigitte, the skin will unlock immediately in-game and carry over to Overwatch 2 after launch. According to the terms and conditions on Blizzard's website, the reward redemption codes are only available for the PC versions of Overwatch.
