By Erika Thomas
Phasmophobia is a ghost hunting game where you and your friends can identify ghosts in a spooky setting. While most play on PC, there is an option to fully immerse yourself in VR. You can play with this Oculus Rift and the controls can be rather tricky. You can use motion controls while standing to move around your character, or you can choose to use a controller and sit down.
Here's how to master controls while using the Oculus Rift VR headset.

Players should launch the game from SteamVR the first time running the game. Once the game launches you can go to Options and then on the whiteboard menu it will say VR Settings.
It is good to change the game's hand setting to Toggle and Press from left to right as there will be jump scares. This will help with not having to keep grip onto items while running from ghosts. Players can also change the controller bindings to make it easier for them to grab items and move. They can remove the grab function from the A button and disable the track pad in exchange of using the joystick to move around.
Some players found difficulty with this because their finger would rest upon the A button accidently causing troubles for themselves.
