Pokémon GO Fest Seattle: Prices, Dates, Events, and More

Pokémon GO Fest is heading to Seattle. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming event.

The Pokémon GO community are frequently treated to a variety of meet-ups all over the world, from small community gatherings, to full-fledged celebrations. These events give players the chance to connect with each other, catch some exclusive Pokémon, and take part in a special experience.

This year, the Pokémon GO Fest 2022 is heading to Seattle, with two unique event experiences taking place each day across the event's span. Below, we've detailed everything you need to know in order to take advantage of the fun.

Pokémon GO Fest Seattle Dates and Events

This year, Pokémon GO Fest Seattle runs from Friday, July 22, 2022, to Sunday, July 24, 2022.

Players can purchase between the Morning Park Experience or the Afternoon Park Experience. Each experience offers two events.

Morning Park Experience

Those who choose the Morning Park Experience will gain access to the following:

Park Experience Time: 
9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. local time

City Experience Time: 
2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time

The morning session begins at the Seattle Center from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with the city event session following from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time. There will be a one-hour intermission between sessions to allow time to move between areas.

Afternoon Park Experience

Players who opts for the Afternoon Park Experience will gain access to the following:

City Experience Time: 
9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. local time

Park Experience Time: 
2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time

Similar to above, the experience is split into two sessions though taking place at different times. The experience begins with the city event from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. then follows with the park event experience from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time. There will be a one-hour intermission between sessions to allow time to move between areas.

Both the Morning and Afternoon experiences will include two separate Special Research stories —one during the park event experience and one during the city event experience.

Pokémon GO Fest Seattle Prices, How to Buy Tickets

Tickets for either the Morning Park or Afternoon Park Experience can be bought for $25 via the Pokémon GO Ticketing events page.

Players can only purchase tickets for one day of the three-day event. Tickets are first come, first served and will be available for purchase while supplies last.

Pokémon GO Fest Seattle Features

Players attending Pokémon GO Fest Seattle can look forward to the following, in addition to the day's experience:

• Special Research — Ticket-holding Trainers can complete two Special Research stories, both featuring rewards, Pokémon encounters, and more.
• Special Trades — Trainers can make up to six Special Trades during the park event experience. All trades made during the park event experience will also have a reduced Stardust cost.
• Raid Passes — During the city event experience, Trainers can claim up to nine daily Raid Passes by spinning Photo Discs at Gyms.
• Photo Ops — Trainers can enjoy a multitude of in-person photo ops, including the chance to take a photo with Pikachu or Eevee.
• Mysterious Components — During the city event experience, Team GO Rocket balloons will be appearing more often, and defeating Team GO Rocket Grunts will earn you twice as many Mysterious Components.
