Pokemon GO Field Research Tasks and Rewards for August 2021

August has come to Pokemon GO, carrying with it a new Field Research Breakthrough encounter and a shuffle of the tasks.

Below, we've outlined what to expect from Field Research for August 2021.

Pokemon GO Field Research August 2021 Explained

From 4 p.m. ET (1 p.m. PT) on Sunday, Aug. 1 through to Wednesday, Sept. 1, at 4 p.m. ET (1 p.m. PT), trainers who manage a Research Breakthrough will be rewarded with double the experience points and an encounter with Chimecho.
