Pokémon GO Spotlight Hours: July 2023
Pokémon GO Spotlight Hours for July 2023 are here to outline the best times to catch four chosen Pokémon.
Every month, there are weekly Pokémon GO Spotlight Hours that give Trainers a boosted chance at finding different Pokémon in the wild. Throughout the hour-long period, there will also be bonuses awarded to participating Trainers, including double XP, Candy, and Stardust. Plus, some lucky players can even grab hold of Shiny variants during any given Spotlight Hour.

Pokémon GO Spotlight Hours: July 2023
There are four Spotlight Hours in Pokémon GO throughout July 2023. The full Spotlight Hours July 2023 schedule is as follows:

The Spotlight Hour times for each day are from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time.
In addition to Spotlight Hours, Trainers will have the chance to encounter even more Pokémon in the wild from July 6 to July 12 as Pokémon GO celebrates their 7th anniversary.
