Pokémon GO's October 2022 Community Day will take place Saturday, Oct. 15, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time. Players will have three hours to make the most of what the event has to offer.

For $1, players also be able to access the additional Litwick Community Day exclusive Special Research story, Field Notes: Trick of the Light.

Ultimately, the biggest draw for buying the story's ticket is its increased access to catching Litwick. Even with the event going on, Litwick is one of the rarer and more challenging Ghost-type Pokemon to encounter within the game. As such, this ticket will provide a bit of boost in that regard, giving its purchasers more chances to encounter Litwick, extra Poké Balls and items to help them catch it and additional opportunities to encounter its shiny version.

After the three-hour Community Day event ends, players will be able to take on four-star Raid Battles. Victory in the raids will cause more Litwick to appear around the hosting Gym for 30 minutes.
