PUBG Grand Battle Concept Quadruples Player Count
PUBG Grand Battle is a PUBG game variant created by a fan that combines the game's five existing maps into one massive world, then quadrupling the player count to compensate.
PUBG Grand Battle Concept Quadruples Player Count
PUBG fan u/n1tn4t first shared the concept with the game's subreddit June 4. According to the mockup of the combined maps, Grand Battle would see 400 players fly into the world on four different planes, each on their own flight path.
Players would drop wherever they liked from among any location on Miramar, Sanhok, Vikendi, Erangel and the Firing Range island for a total of 225 square kilometers — an absurdly large amount of open space.
N1tn4t also created bridges between the islands, allowing multiple points of access from each to the others. The Firing Range sits in the center with bridges to all four other islands.
Although n1tn4t posted the concept under the "Suggestion" flair on the subreddit, it's unlikely PUBG Corp would ever implement something like Grand Battle because of the technical requirements for such a massive game mode.
