Ruined Pantheon was announced that it was available to play in the PBE on Tuesday, with the scheduled release as early as July 8 for the Sentinels of Light event that will hit Summoner's Rift for Patch 11.14. Alongside the release of Ruined Pantheon will also be the Prestige Edition, which has yet to have any details revealed by Riot Games.

The Prestige Edition of the Ruined Pantheon skin has not been revealed yet by Riot Games, but will likely see a reveal soon enough.
Ruined Pantheon Prestige Edition Skin Price
Riot Games has not announced what the price of the Prestige Edition would be for the Ruined Pantheon skin, however, it's likely that it will cost 100 Prestige Points that could be obtained through playing the game or purchases. The base skin for Ruined Pantheon will cost 1,350 RP in the Store tab of the client.

Ruined Pantheon Prestige Edition will release alongside the base skin as part of the Sentinels of Light event for Patch 11.14.
How to Get Ruined Pantheon Prestige Edition
Players would have to acquire the base skin, either by purchasing for 1,350 RP, rolling three skins in their collection, or by obtaining it by accrued Orange Essence randomly dropped through Hextech Chests - however, both rolling the three skins and Hextech Chests have no guarantee of the base skin. To unlock the Prestige Edition, players would have to complete the Daily Missions in the game to acquire 100 Prestige Points, 25 of which can be given by purchasing an event pass.
