Riot is yet to release any news on the release date for the Space Groove skins, including Lulu, but we expect the release to be sometime this spring.
How to Get Space Groove Lulu Prestige Edition
The best way to get the skin as fast as possible is to buy it from the store when it becomes available. You will likely be able to buy it from the Riot in-game store as soon as it's released. We're yet to know if the Space Groove Skins will be craftable or how much they will cost to craft.
