Stardew Valley 1.6 Patch Release Date Announced
In 2016, a beloved farming simulator was born: Stardew Valley. It had a humble start, with ConcernedApe creating the game independently. It eventually became a hit, with over 30 million copies sold as of 2024. The developer announced an upcoming patch for the game in Sept. 2023, where we got some information about what’s in store. Now, we finally have a confirmed release date.
Stardew Valley 1.6 Patch Release Date Announced
In celebration of Stardew Valley’s 8th anniversary, Eric Barone (aka ConcernedApe) revealed the release date for the major patch and showed his appreciation for his fans’ support. The 1.6 patch will come out on March 19th on PC.
Console and mobile owners will have to wait longer for the update, as it hasn’t been announced for the platforms yet. The developer says the 1.6 update will come to mobile and console “as soon as possible.”
