The Last of Us Season 2 Cast So Far
Season 1 of the HBO series The Last of Us was a wild success for Warner Bros. According to The Gamer, Warner Bros. stated the show received “nearly 32 million cross-platform viewers per episode in the U.S.” Not only that but most fans like the series, which is a rare response to video game adaptations. The season has a 96% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and an 8.8 on IMDb.
HBO is beginning production on the series' second season, which is supposed to premiere in 2025. Bella Ramsey and Predo Pascal return to their roles, and the television network continues hunting for the perfect cast members. HBO has chosen some promising actors so far. Kaitlyn Dever as Abby
Kaitlyn Denver plays Abby, a Firefly member who becomes hellbent on revenge. Denver is most known for her roles as Loretta McCready in Justified, Marie Adler in Unbelievable, and Jayden in Short Term 12, but she’s been in the acting industry for a while. Variety Magazine included her in one of their “10 Actors to Watch” articles.
Young Mazino as Jesse
Young Mazino becomes Jesse, a friend of Ellie’s who’s in charge of some patrol groups in a small community. People may recognize the actor as Paul Cho from Beef. He trained as a musician before branching out into acting.
Isabela Merced as Dina
Isabela Merced is an actress, singer, songwriter, dancer, and ukulele player who will star as Dina in The Last of Us. Her roles as Izabella in Transformers: The Last Knight, Dora in Dora and the Lost City of Gold, and Lizzy in Instant Family are most prominent.
