Future Stars Academy is arguably the most popular aspect of the promotion. EA Sports releases a long objective set that requires players to earn multiple versions of a specific player on the way to the highest rated version. Players in the past that were part of the objective set include Daniel James and Martin Odegaard.

Here's how to complete the FIFA 22 Future Stars Chalobah Academy objectives:

1. A Future Star: Score four goals using English players - 79 CDM Chalobah
2. Learning in Lorient: Assist six goals using 79 CDM Chalobah
3. A Promising Start: Score in five separate Squad Battles matches on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals) with 79 CDM Chalobah in your starting squad - 83 CB Chalobah
4. Defensive Duty: Assist using defenders in four separate Squad Battles matches on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals) with 83 CB Chalobah in your starting squad
5. Managing in Midfield: Concede no more than one goal in three separate Squad Battles matches on min. Professional difficulty (or Rivals) with 83 CB Chalobah in your starting squad
6. Climbing the Ranks: Score in eight separate Squad Battles matches on min. Professional difficulty (or Rivals) with 83 CB Chalobah in your starting squad - 85 CDM Chalobah
7. Chelsea Class: Win four matches in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece with 85 CDM Chalobah in your starting squad
8. Talented Trevoh: Assist five goals using 85 CDM Chalobah in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece
9. Premier Proof: Score in 10 separate matches using Premier League players in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece with 85 CDM Chalobah in your starting squad
10. Consistent Performer: Play 25 matches with Chalobah in your starting squad

Completing all 10 objectives will award players with a player pick that will grant either a CB or CDM version of Chalobah to choose. The only downside some players might have with this objective set is the Managerial Masterpiece aspect. But, players can also complete Premier League League Players at the same time like Malang Sarr.

Players will also earn experience, various packs and a Future Stars Swaps Token throughout completing these objective sets.
