Valorant Butterfly Knife Easter Egg

The new Black Market Valorant skins have been released and are currently available to purchase via the in game store on live servers. This skin line features five weapon skins, including a Butterfly Knife.

Since the skin bundle came out just after Easter, it is only fitting that there is an Easter egg within one of the weapons. Particularly, the Butterfly Knife has a secret that many fans have experienced within the first two days of its release.

The Valorant Butterfly Knife has an Easter egg that allows players to unlock a skin variant for a singular round every once in a while. There are two possible variants for players to unlock, including Fade and Sapphire. The chances for players to experience this Easter egg are very low, but it is certainly possible to happen.

Some players have reported that they have gotten the variant in less than 100 tries, while others have only gotten the Easter egg after hundreds of attempts. This does add some novelty to the Easter egg, as it will be a welcomed change whenever a player receives the Fade or Sapphire variant.
