Valorant Episode 2 Act 1 Weapon Tier List

Valorant Episode 2 Act 1 is now live and has seen a number of changes, including the arrival of a brand new agent. Balance adjustments have been made to the game's weapons which could affect the meta going forward. Here is the weapon tier list for Valorant Patch 2.0.

Valorant Act 2 Episode 1 Weapon Tier List

S Tier

• Operator
• Judge
• Phantom

These three weapons are the most powerful in the game, but also come with the heftiest price tags. At a staggering 5,000 credits, the Operator has the capability to one-shot anywhere from the map. The Judge is the game's most expensive shotgun that can be extremely effective in any situation. The Phantom is a silenced assault rifle that conceals its firing direction.

A Tier

• Vandal
• Odin
• Spectre
• Sheriff
• Stinger

These weapons are not quite powerful enough to be S tier but can cause a lot of damage in nearly any circumstance. The Vandal is a slightly inferior version of the Phantom that still holds its own in most situations. The Odin's heavy damage and accessibility are only hindered by its steep price tag. The Spectre and Sheriff are the premier weapons in the SMG and pistol classes, respectively. The Stinger is slightly more powerful than the Spectre, but far more difficult to control.

B Tier

• Ghost
• Bulldog
• Classic Pistol
• Frenzy

These weapons all serve their function well but are outclassed by superior weapons. The Ghost is a silenced pistol that can serve as a lighter version of the Phantom. The Bulldog is a solid assault rifle that is still noticeably inferior to the Phantom and Vandal. The Classic Pistol is bolstered by its free price tag but still acts as a servable weapon. The Frenzy is a high-powered machine fully automatic pistol that is surprisingly affordable but hard to control.

C Tier

• Bucky
• Ares
• Marshal
• Guardian

These weapons are all passable but have vastly superior versions of themselves. The Bucky and Marshall serve as cheap alternatives to the Judge and Operator, respectively. While they are formidable weapons, the Ares and the Guardian have price tags that don't make them worth the while.

D Tier

• Shorty

Sitting alone in the bottom tier is the Shorty. Although it is the cheapest weapon available, players are probably better off using the free Classic Pistol.
