The Valorant weapon tier list for March 2021 sees some familiar guns at the top of the list. Holding the best weapons is essential as a team with an advantage in their arsenal during a certain round can swing momentum in a match. Valorant had its most recent update at the beginning of March with some new content but no huge weapon changes.

Valorant Weapon Tier List March 2021

Weapons on this tier list are scored based on their power, rate of fire, and affordability. There are five tiers: S, A, B, and C, and. S-tier weapons are the best in the game, while A-tier weapons are extremely viable options. B-tier weapons are viable but not game-changing, while the C- and D-tiers are for the low-end weapons in the game.

S-Tier

  • Operator
  • Phantom
  • Vandal

The Operator sniper is the still the most desirable weapon in the game despite its recent price increase. Players often argue over which is the better assault rifle between the Phantom and Vandal. Both are superb choices in any situation.

A-Tier

  • Bucky
  • Spectre
  • Sheriff
  • Ghost

The Bucky is Valorant's best shotgun and can create havoc in short- and medium-range situations. The Spectre is the game's premier SMG, while the Sheriff is a powerful pistol that is held back a bit by its hefty price tag. The Ghost is the game's only semi-automatic pistol and is the only gun besides the Phantom equipped with a silencer.

B-Tier

  • Frenzy
  • Marshal
  • Judge
  • Odin
  • Stinger
  • Bulldog

The Frenzy was once a force to be reckoned with before it was significantly nerfed. The Marshal is a cheaper sniper option to the Operator while the Judge is a powerful shotgun with a hefty price tag. The Stinger was once one of the premier SMG options in the game before it was nerfed in Patch 2.03.

C-Tier

  • Classic
  • Ares
  • Shorty
  • Guardian

The Classic pistol is not the best weapon in Valorant but is surprisingly useful given its free price tag. The Ares is a SMG that struggles at medium- and close-ranges while the Shorty is a cheap shotgun that is a liability in medium- to long-ranges. The Guardian excels at its individual bullet damage, but not much else.

D-Tier

  • Knife

D-tier is exclusively reserved for the Knife, the default melee weapon in Valorant.

Valorant Patch 2.04 is now live with the new Agent Astra and adjustments to Competitive matchmaking.
