Warzone Pacific Sniper Rifle Tier List January 2022
Our Warzone Pacific sniper rifle tier list for January 2022 is here to break down which of the guns are the best to use now that the new meta has settled down a bit at the turn of the new year.
Now that the early "honeymoon" phase of Warzone Pacific and Caldera has firmly passed, along with Call of Duty: Vanguard integration and Raven Software's barrage of weapon balance passes that came with it, the battle royale's sniper rifle meta has pretty much been established once again. Here are the best sniper rifles to use in Call of Duty: Warzone in January 2022.
Warzone Pacific Sniper Rifle Tier List January 2022
S Tier
- Kar98k (MW)
Sitting atop the Warzone sniper rifle summit is the Modern Warfare Kar98k, which ironically, of course, is technically a marksman rifle. After sharing the throne for a bit with the Swiss K31, the Kar98k (MW) is the clear best sniper to use in Warzone Pacific thanks to having the Focus perk, which negates the Flinch Resistance nerf seen in the Swiss K31.
A Tier
- Swiss K31
- Kar98k (VG)
In A Tier are two snipers that are right behind the Modern Warfare Kar98k. Outside of the aforementioned flinch nerf, the Swiss K31 is exactly the same for those who don't want to make the switch, while the Vanguard Kar98k is top-tier viable as well.
B Tier
- HDR
- SP-R 208
- 3-Line Rifle
- ZRG 20mm
- Type 99
- LW3 - Tundra
- AX-50
- Pelington 703
- Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle
In B Tier are options that are really good and remain generally very balanced to use. The HDR remains the go-to weapon for those who want to camp and pick off enemies from super far distances, while the rest remain solid options but nothing to write home about.
C Tier
- M82
- Rytec AMR
- Dragunov
The C Tier includes guns that definitely need a buff in Warzone. As the story remains with semi-automatic snipers in Call of Duty, it's no surprise that the M82, Rytec AMR, and Dragunov all remain at the bottom of the list.
