Warzone Season 4 Map Sectors Ranked
Warzone Season 4 had some decent alterations around the map, but it seems we'll have to wait until Season 5 for either a brand new map or drastic map additions. However, Season 4 still has some fantastic drop zones.
Since Warzone went live back in March, it has become the most popular title in the history of the Call of Duty franchise and millions drop into Verdansk every day in search of a dub.
Here are the Warzone Season 4 map sectors ranked:
1. Downtown
Downtown is a great spot to gather loot and is full of contract opportunities. Also, players can enter every building, meaning that each visit to Downtown will be different than the last.
2. Military Base
Military Base is easily the most underrated sector in the Warzone map. It's especially great for squads because there are a ton of private areas where teams can land safely without the threat of being eliminated immediately.
3. Airport
Being one of the biggest areas on the map, it's no surprise Airport is ranked highly. It's also extremely accessible to almost every other sector in Verdansk.
4. Superstore
Superstore is a unique sector in that its location allows players to move easily in groups. Anyone in a multiplayer mode should consider landing here at the beginning of the match to squad up.
5. Boneyard
Boneyard is one of the most popular sectors to land in, and for good reason. Visually, it's fascinating as players aren't moving through buildings, but instead over a large open field.
6. Quarry
Quarry is a great sector for players trying to land quietly and without being seen. Its location on the side of the map makes it a good hiding place, but can be tricky to navigate without being shot at.
7. Hospital
Hospital has some of the best loot in Verdansk and some special items for more experienced players. There's always a helicopter and the roof provides a good vantage point for players adept with snipers.
8. Train Station
The Train Station is a relatively quiet sector of the map because it doesn't have the best loot considering what sectors surround it. There are plenty of better areas near Train Station on the map, like Downtown and Hospital, but this can give you the chance to loot up and then pick a fight of your choosing.
9. Lumber
There's a lot of loot in Lumber considering how far east it is on the map. Players should consider landing there initially before moving into more populated areas.
10. TV Station
TV Station is very similar to Superstore, just slightly smaller. Despite its size, there is always decent loot hiding somewhere.
11. Farmland
Farmland is actually quite big, even though it's in a weird location on the map. Beginners should probably start games there, as camping is usually the best way to survive a trip to Farmland.
12. Storage Town
Storage Town is one of the smallest sectors, with very few buildings and narrow paths to walk. There will always be at least a few groups who land there, though, so players should be ready for a fight.
13. Dam
Dam is another great area to drop in at, as it is isolated from the rest of the map. All players should land on the top of Dam, as it gives you a great height advantage to pick off opponents below.
14. Prison
Prison is surprisingly big, largely because it is built vertically instead of horizontally. It's also one of the areas on the map with the most contracts.
15. Port
Even though Port is relatively low on the list, it has some advantages as well. There isn't much loot, but it's a great place to organize a squad before heading into a big battle.
16. Promenade East/West
The Promenades are definitely the two most forgettable sectors on the map. There is rarely a lot of traffic there, as most people just enter the Promenades to pass through.
17. Park
18. Hills
19. Stadium
These last three areas aren't really deserving of their own blurbs, as there isn't much positive to say about any of them. They are pretty boring to look at and don't provide good loot or contracts. Unless they're the last areas inside the storm, players don't really need to visit Park, Hills, or Stadium.
