Our Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5 sniper rifle tier list is here to break down which of the guns are the best to use in CalderaFortune's Keep, and Rebirth Island with the launch of Raven Software's latest major balancing update.

Although we didn't get an all-new sniper rifle with the Season 5 patch, a handful of major changes were made to individual options in the weapon class, as well as the whole category entirely with the flinch resistance buff. As such, here is a breakdown of how the sniper rifles stack up in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5.

Warzone Season 5 Sniper Rifle Rankings

S Tier

Remaining comfortably in S Tier to begin Season 5 are the Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle, ZRG 20mm and 3-Line Rifle. Although the 3-Line Rifle did receive a pretty hefty nerf to its .30-06 20 Round Mags attachment, it should remain fairly close in performance behind the other two options listed here.

A Tier

In the A Tier are five snipers that are still top-tier viable and remain generally very balanced to use in Warzone. Essentially, these options are sitting right outside of the main meta, but are still able to get the job done and allow you to be competitive. The LW3 - Tundra did receive some marginal buffs, but they likely won't be enough to disrupt the rankings here.

B Tier

These weapons in B Tier remain viable, but could still use a slight buff in order for more players to seriously consider using them. Similar to the LW3 - Tundra, the Type 99 also got some marginal buffs, but they likely won't be worth writing home about.

C Tier

The C Tier includes three rifles that have definitely needed some more buffs and are still not close to having a place in the Warzone meta.
