Our Warzone Shotgun Tier List August 2021 is here to breakdown which weapons are the best to use in Verdansk '84 and Rebirth Island now that the community has had a chance to see how the Season 4 Reloaded meta has shaken out.

As content creators, pro players and casual gamers alike continue to discuss and experiment with different weapons to see what truly got nerfed and buffed, here are the best shotguns to use in Call of Duty: Warzone in August 2021.

Warzone Shotgun Tier List August 2021

1. S Tier

• JAK-12

Sitting atop of Warzone's shotgun summit at the moment is the JAK-12. Although SMGs appear to be in a really good state in close-range engagements, the JAK-12 would be the go-to alternative for those who want to use a shotgun.

2. A Tier

• Gallo SA12
• Origin 12 Shotgun

In A Tier are two options that are really good and remain generally very balanced to use in the Gallo SA 12 and the Origin 12 Shotgun.

3. B Tier

• Streetsweeper

Alone in B Tier is the Streetsweeper, which remains viable, but could use a slight buff in order for more players to seriously consider mastering it. The Streetsweeper has been the only shotgun to receive changes in Warzone since the start of Season 4, and with drastic hits to its max, second and third damage ranges, players still really need to barrel stuff others to be effective with it.

4. C Tier

• VLK Rogue
• R9-0 Shotgun

The C Tier includes two shotguns that definitely need a buff in Warzone. Both the VLK Rogue and the R9-0 Shotgun were pretty strong back in their heydays, but simply are not worth players' time in Season 4 Reloaded.

5. D Tier

• Hauer 77
• Model 680
• 725

At this point in the tier list, these guns from here on out don't have a place in the meta at all. These three D-Tier shotguns are really lacking a lot in a lot of departments and simply won't stand a chance at the moment.
