Warzone 'Strat Roulette' Dares Players to Take on Extra Challenges
Warzone content creators and high K/D ratio players alike will probably like the sound of this third-party project.
For those who've spent countless hours playing battle royale games and wanted a way to spice up their Warzone matches in Season 5, look no further than the Warzone Strat Roulette.
First developed in March 2020 by Blueprint Coding, Warzone Strat Roulette is a community-made website that aims to allow more confident COD players the ability to test their abilities for fun.
The concept essentially takes what ever suggestions for in-game handicaps a Twitch chat could come up with, throws them into a hat and allows participants to pull from it.
On the Warzone Strat Roulette home page, players can enable or disable filters for weapon, vehicle, drop zone and, for fun, an added special rule before rolling.
Here's an example of what a full roll of Strat Roulette could look like:
- Weapon Slot 1: FR 5.56
- Weapon Slot 2: PILA
- Vehicle: SUV
- Drop Zone: Stadium
- Special Rule: Stay Low—You can only move around when crouched, prone or in a vehicle.
Judging by this challenge, it's not hard to think about what strategies players should use with these restrictions.
The FR. 5.56 is going to be rough, but at least it has some range. As for the PILA, it would be an emergency option if an enemy in a Helicopter or a Cargo Truck were to pull up.
Luckily, the SUV is likely the best pull of the bunch here considering that this challenge would require players to stay still if standing straight up. As such, players could use the protection and durability of the four-seater to get around.
Lastly, Stadium is a pretty decent landing point since it's not really known for being a hot drop POI.
The creators of Warzone Strat Roulette also have a PUBG variant available as well for those looking to switch up the game from time-to-time.
