When Does Krampus Leave in Vanguard and Warzone Pacific?
By Jack O'Dwyer
Some players are eagerly marking their calendars for the end of Krampus' Christmas retribution in Call of Duty (COD) Vanguard and Warzone Pacific.
It's no secret that some Warzone players are sick and tired of Krampus making Warzone lobbies his personal hunting grounds. Several have already called for him to be nerfed, citing his "bullet sponge" reputation, two-hit kill, and game-wrecking behavior. When he appears, he instantly makes players flee in terror, messing up critical manuevers and essentially pausing battles until he can be brought down or kills his target.
Raven Software has yet to hint about whether they'll consider taking the festive demon down a notch, unfortunately. So, until then, we've decided to highlight the date he'll go back into hibernation.
When Does Krampus Leave in Warzone: Festive Fervor Event End Date
There is no confirmed date for when the Festive Fervor event will come to a close—meaning DBLTAP cannot confirm when Krampus will disappear back to the nightmare he spawned from. We do have a hunch, however.
Festive Fervor kicked off on Dec. 14 with challenges and features extending through to early January. This is common with winter holiday events—as many fans have likely already guessed the end date to be around Jan. 3-7. We can assume this is an accurate range using the dates of the minor challenges in the event.
The last feature of Festive Fervor is the Holiday Sales series which started on Dec. 16. It is supposed to run through Jan. 5. With this as the last bastion of holiday cheer, we can predict that Festive Fervor will come to a close around this time—anywhere between Jan. 5 and Jan. 7, give or take a few days.
Krampus should disappear around the same time should Raven Software choose not to pull him beforehand. Those having trouble in the meantime, however, are encouraged to check out the best ways to bring down the holiday beast.
