When is the Next Steam Sale?

If there's one thing a hardcore PC gamer will mark their calendar for, its a Steam sale. These massive seasonal sales happen just a few times a year, and when they do, thousands of games are discounted to impressively-low prices, including on recent AAA games normally priced out of reach. Here's when the next one starts.

Generally, Steam has several big seasonal sales: The Summer and Winter sales get the most attention, and usually have the largest selection of discounted games as well as the lowest prices. Other, smaller sales include "Fests" that put discounts on games of specific genres, as well as the Spring and Autumn sales.

When is the next Steam Sale?

According to PCGamer, Steam is holding a Puzzle Game Fest on April 24 that will run for one week. Players looking for an intellectual challenge will enjoy that sale. In mid-May, Steam will be running a Sports Game Fest, which also runs for one week.

The next big sale will be the Steam Summer Sale, which will run for two weeks between June and July. During this sale players will see big discounts and can fill their carts for cheap - if the store doesn't crash, that is.
