Where is Mol in Baldur's Gate 3?
There are many NPCs that players must encounter to complete missions in Baldur’s Gate 3. Halsin, the Druid leader, is one of them, and Mol, the Teafling child, is another.
Mol is the leader of a group of young thieves in Emerald Grove. Unlike Halsin, who’s essential to the main quest, Mol is necessary for certain side quests. It can be a little confusing trying to locate her, so here’s how to do that.
You must find the hideout of the child thieves in Emerald Grove to locate Mol in the first Act of Baldur’s Gate 3.
It’s best to speak to Mattis, another Teafling child, before finding Mol. If you don’t punish her and her partner for trying to steal from you, you’ll get on Mol’s good side. You can find the child selling rings near Druid Grove.

You must also complete the Investigate the Beach quest to talk to Mol. To do this, head to the Seclude Clove of the beach (X:316 Y:553) in Emerald Grove. You’ll notice a Teafling boy named Mirkon who is entranced by a Harpy’s song. You must talk to the child and help him defeat the Harpies. Mol will be happy to know that you helped one of her own.
Mirkon will show you his appreciation for your assistance by granting you a password to the Teafling Hideout. You have to give this password to Doni, who is near Mattis. Disclose the password to the Teafling kid, and he’ll let you entire the Tielfing Hideout.
You’ll spot Mol upon entering. She’ll thank you for not being harsh on the kid who tried to steal from you and for saving Mirkon.
Another way to befriend Mol easily is by completing the Save Arabella mission, in which a Teifling child is held captive by Druids after getting caught stealing.
You can also start the Steal the Sacred Idol quest by speaking to Mol after entering the hideout.
