Radishes aren't only found in the wild, they can be bought at the Wanmin Restaurant, in the Liyue harbor. They sell 10 radishes weekly for 315 mora each, so for 3,150 mora a week you can come away with 10 radishes.

Radishes are vital ingredients in two recipes, the Fried Radish Balls and the Radish Veggie Soup. The former increases attack damage significantly for 300 seconds while the latter restores 9 percent of a character's max HP and gives health regeneration of 260 every 5 seconds for 30 seconds. Both of these food items can be very useful in a battle, so be sure to stock up on radishes.
